Many states have regulations on weed control products, but they are frequently unable to enforce them. We have customers in every state.
Vermont requires a permit:

- Submit a permit review fee of $35 for a private pond or $75 for all other waterbodies, made payable to the State of Vermont. Municipalities are exempt and do not need to submit a fee.
- The average time to review a benthic barrier permit is approximately 75 days. Please plan accordingly.
